I have caught a lot of grief for over 25 years about the amount of coffee I drink. At it’s peak, I could easily put down 2 10-cup pots of coffee a day, alone. Now that I’m down to about 3 cups per day, some people still give me grief, and suggest that I should just quit.

My gosh! Now THAT is a lot of coffee sir! With the migraines, all that coffee probably helped! Happy to hear you are down to about 3 though and yes, there are good bennies from coffee as well! Won’t hear me telling you to stop. 🙂
Actually, it was the observation that caffeine helped a bit with the migraines that led me to drinking so much coffee.
Thats what I thought…I have been known to down coffee for headaches and migraines alike…😊
