In defense of coffee

I have caught a lot of grief for over 25 years about the amount of coffee I drink.  At it’s peak, I could easily put down 2 10-cup pots of coffee a day, alone.  Now that I’m down to about 3 cups per day, some people still give me grief, and suggest that I should just quit.

However, there are good medical reasons to NOT quit.  And here is a link to a blog that goes over the play-by-play.

  1. My gosh! Now THAT is a lot of coffee sir! With the migraines, all that coffee probably helped! Happy to hear you are down to about 3 though and yes, there are good bennies from coffee as well! Won’t hear me telling you to stop. 🙂
