Alright, in the interest of keeping me on track (and accountable to my growing cheering section!) – here is the result of my continuing efforts at losing weight.
Yesterday morning (i.e. – September 1st, for those reading this late) I stepped on the scale for the first time in since August 10th. Back then, I weighed 206.0 pounds.
My new weight is . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 186.0 pounds. Over all, I’ve lost 62.6 pounds since I started this program. The Paleo Diet is continuing to work magic on me. Now, if I could just get some decent quality sleep – I’d almost feel human again!
