I’m pretty sure that by now everyone who reads my blog knows that I’m proud to be a US Army veteran. But, I did nothing more than join the service. I never saw combat. Others paid a far higher price, and one particular group of veterans were most deserving of the sobriquet they eventually were tagged with – “The Greatest Generation”. I know this is a few days early, but I want to do my part to keep the memory alive. So, here is my annual post in remembrance of December 7th, 1941.
How convenient that the President of the USA has tested positive for Covid-19, just at the time when national support for the vaccine has reached an all-time low. In the immortal words of fictional detectives throughout history – follow the money.
I’d almost be willing to bet that either President Biden, or someone close to him, has a huge investment in at least one of the companies that produce the Covid-19 vaccine. I’ll leave it to you to check the facts.
Freedom isn’t a word on paper or an abstract concept.
Freedom is a lamp that must be continuously refueled with the blood of those who desire it and believe in it’s worth. If you are unwilling to pay that price, it will never truly be yours. All veterans know this.
I recently watched a documentary I wish to tell you about. The title is ” Superhuman: The Invisible Made Visible ” – it’s about the scientific efforts to understand and test the limits of human consciousness. If you can find it (I watched it on a Playstation app called tubi) it is well worth watching.
